• At risk A task is past its date and not checked off, or the move-in date has moved later.
• On track Every task up to today is checked off and the move-in date hasn't moved.

Dates and check-offs come from the superintendent's build schedule sheet, which publishes every hour. Weather make-up days don't count as late.

• Admin Everything in the dashboard, plus inviting people, changing roles and removing access.
• New home consultant (sales agent) Sees Builds, Reservations with buyer contact details and prices, and documents, and can upload documents. Their own clients are highlighted, with a "My clients" filter. Admins assign agents on the Reservations tab.
• Superintendent, Warranty See Builds and schedules and the team list. No buyer contact details, prices or documents.

Homeowners never appear here. They get their login when they reserve a home.
