Terms of Service

Effective October 29, 2026

These terms apply to www.salisburyhomes.app, including our community pages, online homesite reservations and the homeowner portal (together, the "Site"), operated by Salisbury Homes, LLC ("Salisbury Homes," "we," "us"). By using the Site or reserving a homesite, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. Information on the Site

We work to keep the Site accurate, but it is for general information only:

Prices, lot premiums, availability, floor plans, square footage, features, finishes and incentives can change at any time without notice.
3D models, renderings, photos, color schemes and maps are artistic representations. Lot positions, sizes and views are approximate, and homes may be built in reverse or with different elevations.
Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell or a guarantee. The terms of any purchase are set only by a written purchase agreement signed by you and Salisbury Homes, and that agreement controls over anything on the Site.

Salisbury Homes supports equal housing opportunity.

2. Online homesite reservations

No payment is taken online. A reservation lets you hold a homesite while you review and sign a purchase agreement.
A reservation is not a contract to buy or sell a home, and it doesn't lock in a price. We record the price shown when you reserve, but the final price and terms are set in your purchase agreement.
Seven days. A reservation holds the homesite for 7 days. If a purchase agreement isn't signed by then, we may release the homesite to other buyers.
Either side may cancel a reservation before a purchase agreement is signed, with no cost to you.
We may decline or cancel a reservation, for example if a price or availability on the Site was wrong, a homesite is no longer available, a reservation looks automated or fraudulent, or an account holds more open reservations than we allow (currently two).
You must be at least 18 and give accurate, current contact information.

3. Accounts

We don't offer open sign-up. Accounts are created when you reserve a homesite or when Salisbury Homes invites you.
Keep your password private. You're responsible for activity on your account, and you should tell us right away at hello@salisburyhomes.com if you think someone else has used it.
We may suspend or close an account that is misused or that breaks these terms. Staff access ends when a team member leaves Salisbury Homes.

4. The homeowner portal

Schedules are estimates. Build steps, dates and estimated move-in dates depend on weather, inspections, permits, utilities, materials and trades, and they change. They are not a promise of completion or closing on a given date. Your purchase agreement governs completion and closing.
Documents in the portal are copies provided for convenience. The signed originals control.
Warranty requests sent through the portal are a convenient way to reach our warranty team. Your coverage is governed by your written warranty documents. For emergencies such as an active water leak, call the warranty line right away, and if you smell gas, leave the home and call 911 or your gas company.
Information you upload, such as warranty photos, must be yours to share. You allow us to use it to provide service on your home.

5. Calls, emails and texts

By reserving a homesite, you agree that Salisbury Homes may contact you by phone, email and text message at the contact information you provide about your reservation, purchase, construction and warranty.

Automated text alerts about your home are optional. You turn them on under Account → Notifications in the portal. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of buying a home. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your number.

6. Using the Site

Please don't:

try to access accounts, homes or information that aren't yours, or get around the Site's security;
scrape, copy or harvest content or data from the Site with bots or other automated tools;
submit false, misleading or automated reservations or requests;
upload anything unlawful, harmful or that you don't have the right to share; or
interfere with the Site or the systems it runs on.

7. Our content

The Site and its content, including floor plans, 3D models, renderings, designs, text, logos and software, belong to Salisbury Homes or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may view and print pages for your own personal use in considering a home. You may not copy, reproduce, build from or distribute our plans or designs, or use our name and logos, without our written permission.

The Site may link to other websites, such as maps or local businesses. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for them.

8. Disclaimers and limits of liability

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties about the Site, including that it will be accurate, uninterrupted or error-free. This does not limit any warranty in your purchase agreement or written home warranty.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Salisbury Homes will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, and our total liability for any claim about the Site will not exceed $100. These limits don't apply to your rights under a signed purchase agreement or written home warranty, which are governed by those documents.

You agree to be responsible for, and to cover our reasonable costs from, claims caused by your misuse of the Site or breach of these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any dispute about the Site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Washington County, Utah, unless your purchase agreement provides otherwise.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll change the effective date at the top. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
